Storage of access data in server log files
You can visit our website without disclosing any personal information. Our hosting provider, Strato AG, only stores access data in so-called server log files, such as the name of the requested file, the date and time of access, volume of data transferred and the requesting provider. This data is used solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offers, and cannot be traced back to you. To detect and avoid possible attacks your IP address is stored within the server log-files for a period of 7 days and will be deleted afterwards.

Data collection and use for contract execution and opening a customer account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, contact us (e.g. via contact form or email) or open a protected access account. What type of data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you to process the contract and process your inquiries. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since the collection and storage of personal data is required to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the mandatory storage periods defined in tax and commercial legislation, unless you have given your express consent to the further use of your data or we reserve the right for a more extensive use of the data which is legally permissible and about which we inform you below. Deletion of your protected access account is possible and can be carried out at any time by sending a message using one of the contact methods given above.

Transfer of data for fulfillment of the contract
In order to fulfill the contract, we share your information with the carrier assigned for delivery to the extent required for delivery of the goods ordered. For the handling of payments we give the payment details necessary for this to the credit institution responsible for payment and if applicable the payment provider authorized by us or the payment provider chosen by you when ordering. The legal basis for the transmission of your data to the shipping company and the credit institution is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since the transfer is necessary to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Contact information
Our site offers you the possibility of contacting us via e-mail and/or via a contact form. In that case, the information provided by the user will be stored only for the purpose of processing his or her enquiry. The legal basis for this storage is Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. No data will be transmitted to third parties. The data thus collected will also not be compared with data that may otherwise be collected through other components of our site.

You have a right of free information on the data stored about your person (Art. 15 GDPR) and, if applicable, a right of rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), blocking or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) of this data.
